The »Best of« Classical Modernism is currently on the move and will soon arrive at its new home in the Kunstgebäude at Schlossplatz! The Staatsgalerie Stuttgart’s extensive and outstanding collection of 20th-century art is currently being prepared for its move from the main building on Konrad-Adenauer-Straße to the Kunstgebäude at Schlossplatz.

From 19 February 2027, you can experience highlights of Modernism here, presented in new juxtapositions that vividly reveal connections between historical events and artistic works, while placing historical events in the context of current questions and perspectives.
